Servings: 10 - 12 balls
Ingredients

3 cups almonds or almond meal

Juice and zest of 1 orange

4 tablespoons maple syrup

125g dark chocolate
-
Orange rind
Method

Mix all ingredients except the chocolate in a bowl.

Knead with hands until you form a dough.

Roll into balls and flatten slightly by patting between both palms.

Melt the dark chocolate.

Coat the bottoms of each ball with the dark chocolate.
​

Place on a plate covered with baking paper.

Allow to set in the fridge.
​

Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
