Far too many people don’t get the full benefits of a pre-Christmas food plan as they lack the know-how, support and perseverance to see it through. So the Christmas Sparkle Challenge was born. This is far more than a list of recipes, this is a three week process whereby I support you, answer your questions and provide before and after body composition analysis.
Additionally, you will receive a 21 day food plan, full of recipes which have been carefully selected for their nutritional benefits and the effect they will have on you at different times of the day.
I very rarely put on this sort of package, however, for some now time I have wanted to promote a food plan which actually works! It is the combination of nutritional benefits, advice and support that makes this challenge so effective and successful for clients.

The Christmas Sparkle Challenge Includes:
Two 30 minute consultations
During the first consultation on November 12th, I will answer any questions you may have about the plan, consult with you about your health goals and conduct a body composition analysis. In the second consultation, at the end of the programme, we can track your progress by conducting another body composition analysis, and from there I’ll give you nutritional advice on how best to plan for the future.
21 Day Food Plan
This food plan isn’t just comprised of healthy recipes full of nutritional benefits; I designed it with taste and ease in mind too. So many people give up on food plans or dieting as they miss certain foods or simply get fed up with complex and obscure recipes, so I have made sure that every meal will not only be nutritionally beneficial, but enjoyable too!
Mid-Programme Progress Call
This 15 minute call will give us a chance to catch up and I can answer any questions that you may have about the plan, the recipes or your progress. The whole point of this call is that I want to support you throughout the 3 weeks and not simply leave you to your own devices. This will ensure you’re reaping the full benefits of this programme.
